This letter is an invitation for your organization to sponsor our 79th Annual 12th District Meeting in conjunction with the Nobility Educational Foundation (501c3 - 32-0109692) and Epsilon Xi Chapter.
From May 16, 2024, to May 19, 2024, the 12th District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and Epsilon Xi Chapter will host its 79th District Meeting in Sacramento, CA. The Holiday Inn Downtown will be the host hotel.
The 12th District Meeting is the annual business meeting for ten states comprising California, Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
At this meeting, we will plan how our dedicated membership will continue to impact young lives in the top 48 major cities of the Western United States. We want your organization to participate in this process as a sponsor. With your support, we are destined to achieve our goals of supporting the communities we serve.
We request that your business consider supporting our efforts by becoming an official corporate sponsor of the critical events of the District Meeting by contributing $7,500.00 or, as an alternative, select one of the options (Gold, Platinum, or Bronze) detailed in the information below.
The 12th District, in conjunction with Epsilon XI Chapter and partnership with NEF, is excited about the prospect of having your business/corporation participate in many ways at the 2024 District Meeting. We will offer a schedule of events allowing your business/corporation to promote your services and products within meetings and with the general public. Included in the plan of events are the Public Forum, Founders’ Banquet, Undergraduate Scholarship Luncheon, Life Member Luncheon, Symposiums, Social Action Programs, Talent Hunt, Health Initiatives Forum, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) College Fair, Youth Leadership Conference, exhibitors/vendors, musical events, step show event, and golf tournament. We humbly seek your corporate participation and contributions to help make the 2024 District Meeting the best!
Enclosed is a Corporate Sponsorship Packet that explains the benefits of your participation in more detail.
